Buffy Wimmer - MACC, LPC
Buffy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and her Masters in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Buffy worked as a pastoral counselor at a large church in Charlotte for almost 10 years and is currently in private practice. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Buffy has Level I & II in EMDR for trauma, Level I Brainspotting, Formational Prayer, Positive Psychology, Prepare/Enrich, and has two levels of training through the Gottman Institute for couple and marital therapy.
She is currently taking new clients. Buffy has been married 41 years and has 6 grandchildren.
