Compassion and care in a professional setting

Making the decision to come in for counseling is important and we feel excited you’ve made the first step into this life-changing journey. Everyone faces different life circumstances and not every counseling appointment is the same.  We encourage you to read through the types of counseling we offer, and see what may be the best fit for you.   If you’re unsure of what you may need, or this is your first time seeing a therapist, don’t worry, we will work with you to discover what you may need. Please leave a detailed message and we will return your call to answer any questions you have, or make an appointment.

The Collaborative Team

Collaborative Counseling’s focus is to work along side the individual, couple or family to help achieve the desired outcome. We are committed Christians who desire to provide a safe place for anyone within the church family or those still searching for their significance.  We believe the quote below reveals the truth of our practice:

I experienced real physiological changes as a result of Brainspotting. I was able to focus more on the present and spent less time distracted by the past.” – P. Smith

We believe in holistic therapy. Body-Mind-Spirit. We believe the integration of all three, as well as one’s relationships within their community, if balanced and authentic, can give one a whole-hearted, shame free well-adjusted life.
