Buffy Wimmer
MACC, LPC
Buffy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and her Masters in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Buffy worked as a pastoral counselor at a large church in Charlotte for almost 10 years and is currently in private practice. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Buffy has Level I & II in EMDR for trauma, Level I & II Brainspotting, Formational Prayer, Positive Psychology, Prepare/Enrich, and has three levels of training through the Gottman Institute for couple and marital therapy.
She is currently taking new clients. Buffy has been married 49 years and has 6 grandchildren.
Areas of Expertise
Buffy has specialized training to work with individuals and couples who are facing particular challenges in their life and marriage. Some of these include: Abuse, Addictions, Marital & Individual, Suicide, Depression, Parenting Issues, Anger Management, Anxiety, Women’s issues, Group Therapy, Bi-polar therapy.

Charles Wimmer is a Certified Life Recovery Coach & Mentor to those in or coming out of addictions and mental illness. As an ordained minister he administers couple assessments to pre-engaged and engaged couples and is a certified trainer of facilitators for Prepare/Enrich.

Beth Shepherd

Beth is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and earned a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2008. Beth worked in residential treatment, counseling adolescents and their families in the foothills of Colorado.

Kristie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about creating a safe, client-centered space where hope and healing can take root.
She works with children (ages 10+), adolescents, individuals, and families—helping each person build a healthier relationship with themselves and with others.
