Kristin Elizabeth

LPCA, CBT

Kristin is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. She specializes in trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

She believes every person and family carries a unique story that deserves care and respect. Whether you are an individual, teen, couple, or family navigating anxiety, complex trauma, attachment wounds, or relational patterns that feel hard to shift, you may be holding more than others can see. Her work centers on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported as they move toward greater emotional regulation, resilience, and connection.

Kristin is a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and has completed Levels I and II of Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as training in The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. She integrates neuroscience-informed and somatic approaches with practical, research-based relationship tools to support meaningful and lasting change. When appropriate, she incorporates expressive and play-based interventions into sessions, particularly with children and adolescents, to provide developmentally attuned, creative avenues for processing emotions and strengthening regulation. For clients who desire it, she can also seamlessly incorporate faith and spirituality into sessions in a way that feels respectful, authentic, and aligned with their beliefs.

Outside of her practice, she is a proud single mom raising two teenagers and is actively involved with the Fort Mill Band. She enjoys art, Pinterest-inspired DIY projects, time in the mountains, and being immersed in nature.
