Charles Wimmer is a Certified Life Recovery Coach & Mentor to those in or coming out of addictions and mental illness. He is also an ordained minister and administers couple assessments to pre-engaged and engaged couples and is a certified trainer of facilitators for Prepare/Enrich. Married for 48 years, he has spent the past 32 years working with men, women, and couples in pre-marital as well as crisis pastoral counseling. Charles is a member of the American Association of Christian Life Coaches. Charles and his wife Buffy have 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren and reside in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Buffy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and her Masters in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Buffy primarily focuses on trauma therapy utilizing both EMDR and Brainspotting.
